In August 2001 Mike began a journey of advanced leadership training, Wood Badge NE-IV-129. The course is the highest level of training for adult leaders offered by the Boy Scouts of America. The skills that were taught by Baden-Powell over 90 years ago are presented to the participants in a way that will make each one of them best of the best.
